Google-powered products shine in some cases, languish in others

Many of them showed up at last week's gargantuan Consumer Electronics Show, causing some to speculate that next year's CES will be Google-centric. That's hardly farfetched since the 2013 event will be the first in recent memory without another tech titan, Microsoft, as a primary player.
