The [Nexus 7][3] machine is in full swing. According to Google, all pre-orders placed by Friday the 13th in the US and Australia [have been filled][4] as of today (though some may still be en route), and our friends in the UK and Canada should be receiving theirs soon enough. Deliveries are currently heading out in waves, putting 7-inches of Jelly Bean in the hands of eager "footie" fans and beneficiaries of socialized medicine.
