After we decipher the surprisingly conventionally-styled Box we move on to other notable announcements from the week including an update for SlingPlayer on Android, a release date for Netflix's _House of Cards_ and Toys R Us' move into internet video. On a more melancholy note, it appears that the Ceton Q Windows Media Center DVR project has been put on ice -- press play and join us in mourning.
