Following in the footsteps of L3II, this 4-inch dual-SIM smartphone will make its debut in Brazil, eventually trickling out to unspecified markets in Central / South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The handset's 1Ghz processor and 512MB of RAM will be powering [Jelly Bean](http://www.engadget.com/tag/JellyBean/) of course (Android 4.1.2, specifically), layered in the latest LG UX specific tweaks: Quick Button and Safety Care.
